The best way to place an order at this time, is to print a copy of one of our order forms:

• PDF Order form ... this works pretty well on most printers. Our updated form will allow you to type in data (or copy/paste) from the website. You may get a warning about scripts -- these are for calculating shipping and total. If you prefer, you can print it out and fill it in by hand - no scripting will be used.
  
  
  
• Web Page Order Form ...this version doesn't play well with some printers
  

Print out the version you like better, and fill it out clearly with all the information - then fax or snail mail the order to us, the contact information is on the form.

We are looking into online ordering -- hopefully it will be in place by early summer.
